Resumen:	The aim of this work is studying the situation of women rights in the Islamic Laws as well as understanding different figures concerning the Islamic woman such as her subordination to men and their rights; figures like the divorce and judicial separation and their waiting periods, as well as conduct's codes and their waiting periods will be explained. Finally we will cover a different situation: the sleeping child theory or "al-raqed". En este trabajo se pretenden reflejar y estudiar diversos aspectos de la situación legal de la mujer Islámica tal como su subordinación al hombre y sus derechos; el análisis de figuras como el repudio y el divorcio judicial y los plazos legales de espera tanto en el divorcio como en los códigos de conducta. También se analizará una situación diferente: la teoría del niño o feto dormido.
