dc.description.abstractThe aim of this work is studying the situation of women rights in the Islamic Laws as well as understanding different figures concerning the Islamic woman such as her subordination to men and their rights; figures like the divorce and judicial separation and their waiting periods, as well as conduct's codes and their waiting periods will be explained. Finally we will cover a different situation: the sleeping child theory or "al-raqed".en_US
