Resumen:	This project is providing, for the first time, standardized and precise biological information resources to guarantee the source and authenticity of fish products on the Canary Islands market through the compilation of a genetic catalogue of marine teleosts, together with the establishment of biological reference collections (DNA, otoliths, tissues and specimens).
