Abstract: In this work, we present the challenging experience of teaching organic nomenclature for high-school students during COVID-19 pandemic in Spain. Like in most places all over the world, the class-based teaching and learning was abruptly disrupted, and then all the methodologies had to be quickly adapted to a new remote format, mainly based on two virtual hubs in our case: MS Teams and EDpuzzle. Despite all the obstacles encountered, according to the students’ scores and opinions, the learning process was eventually quite remarkable.
