Análisis comparativo del medio construido en dos centros de enseñanza secundaria: antes y después de la LOGSE

Abstract

Este estudio intenta reflejar las condiciones arquitectónicas y la calidad ambiental entre un centro de enseñanza secundaria LOGSE y otro construido anterior a la nueva ley. Los sujetos participantes son un total de 390 alumnos y profesores de dos institutos de enseñanza secundaria que evaluaron el centro como medio construido y sus cualidades ambientales, distribuidas en el cuestionario por categorías. Los resultados obtenidos ofrecen por unanimidad en ambos centros, que no se tienen en cuenta en la construcción de estos edificios, la insonorización de las dependencias y se constata la insatisfacción del centro que no fue construido para esta etapa educativa y que requiere modificaciones para eliminar las barreras arquitectónicas existentes. A su vez, la evaluación de los centros y sus dependencias no son igualmente percibidas por los alumnos y profesores e incluso se pueden encontrar diferencias entre sexos.

This work reflects upon the comparative architecture and environmental quality of a centre built before the new law and a building made expressly for secondary education as foreseen under the LOGSE. The total cohort of participants amounted to 390 students and the teaching staff of the two secondary schools. The participants evaluated the centre from the perspective of but environment (architectural qualities) and environmental aspects via questions ordered by categories. The results showed clearly the lack of satisfaction in both centres with questions such as soundproofing whereas there were complaints which were specific only to the centre which was not but expressly for the fulfilment of the law, in that there were too many architectural barriers. The evaluation of the centres revealed differences in perceptions between students and teachers and also by sexes.
