Innovación cultural y tricontinentalidad: su diálogo en el origen del Centro Atlántico de Arte Moderno y en la reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de Canarias

Abstract

En este artículo analizamos la repercusión del concepto de tricontinentalidad que define y consolida las líneas programáticas del proyecto museológico y museográfico del Centro Atlántico de Arte Moderno y que están establecidas en el punto E de sus estatutos, cuya misión es actuar como plataforma entre los espacios culturales de Europa, América y África y, su repercusión en el punto cinco del Preámbulo de la Ley Orgánica 1/2018, de 5 de noviembre, reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de Canarias, el cual recoge por primera vez las cuestiones históricas, geoestratégicas y culturales del recorrido historiográfico del archipiélago y su singular identidad.

In this article, we analyze the repercussion of the concept of tricontinentality that defines and consolidates the programmatic lines of the museum project of the Centro Atlántico de Arte Moderno and that are established in point E of its statutes, whose mission is to act as a platform between the cultural spaces of Europe, America and Africa, and its reply in point five of the Preamble of Organic Law 1/2018, of November 5, reform of the Statute of Autonomy of the Canary Islands, which collects for the first time the historical, geostrategic and cultural issues of the historiographic tour of the archipelago and its unique identity.
