Resumen: Neuroscience-based approaches have had little presence in studies in the field of hotel firms. The literature indicates that neuroleadership behaviors can change the employees’ perceptions of their work environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze how affective events in the workplace influence employees' evaluative judgements of certain organizational factors. The paper presents the results of a six-month study involving 150 lower-level employees and 25 middle managers of a hotel tourism chain. The study was carried out by a staff member of the company in question, a characteristic that is beyond the scope of most research. The results show that the affective events significantly improve employees' evaluative judgements of different organizational variables, highlighting the importance of neuroleadership skills in managing emotions and improving employee well-being.
