Abstract

El trabajo explora la relación entre justicia y derecho en la obra de Concepción Arenal en torno a seis ideas fuerza: La justicia como valor primordial de toda convivencia, el derecho es fundamental para la justicia, la guerra es la negación de todo derecho, el derecho a ser ciudadano del mundo, justicia y derecho no existen sin condiciones materiales dignas, y, finalmente, que la educación es fundamental para el derecho.

The work explores the relationship between Justice and Law in the work of Concepción Arenal around six main ideas: Justice as the primary value of all coexistence, law is fundamental for justice, war is the denial of all rights, the right to be a citizen of the world, justice and law do not exist without material conditions dignified, and, finally, that education is fundamental to the right.
