A variety of studies in both human and canine species have been focused in the immunohistochemical detection of 14-3-3 sigma, especially in neoplastic diseases. Different commercial available antibodies have been previously used to detect 14-3-3 sigma in canine tissues. This paper shows important differences regarding the pattern of expression between monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies against this protein and proposes the use of the former in future studies of 14-3-3 sigma in canine species. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/44135 | ISSN: | 0971-2119 | DOI: | 10.1080/09712119.2015.1013963 | Fuente: | Journal of Applied Animal Research [ISSN 0971-2119], v. 44 (1), p. 83-86 |
