Abstract

Artificial intelligence is increasingly being used in various aspects of life, including in the legal field, which raises an important debate about its impact on fundamental rights. While significant shortterm benefits may arise, such as the use of machine learning tools, there are also concerns about the problems it might cause. The main objective of this study is to analyze how artificial intelligence affects the protection of important fundamental rights, such as life and integrity, freedom of expression, and the right to privacy, which requires a detailed examination of both its positive and negative implications.

La inteligencia artificial está siendo cada vez más utilizada en diversos aspectos de la vida, incluyendo el ámbito legal, lo que plantea un importante debate sobre su impacto en los derechos fundamentales. Aunque se anticipan grandes beneficios en el corto plazo, como el uso de sistemas de machine learning, también existen preocupaciones sobre los desafíos legales que conlleva su implementación. El objetivo principal es analizar cómo la inteligencia artificial afecta la protección de derechos fundamentales clave, como la vida, la libertad de expresión y el derecho a la intimidad, lo que requiere un examen detallado de sus implicaciones tanto positivas como negativas
