Reclaimed water represents an op portunity for mitigation. In 3 campaigns carried out in Nov 2019, July 2020 and Dec 2021, soil respiration was measured in the fi eld with commercial equipment (Lc-Pro), also determining MO and EC in the soil samples. The study has provided experimental values of soil respiration, relating them to the conditioning factors, contrib uting to a better understanding of the C cycle in the semi-arid re gions of Africa.
