Resumen: Securing water in a water-scarce environment is a key objective for the society development. Once it is analyzed how a specific energy plan at large-scale deployed might provide a sustainable way to face and palliate the water stress through a smart WEF nexus management, it become interesting to investigate how this approach affects to a small region. Focusing in a region with the mentioned problems concerning to water scarcity, electricity generation characteristics, and specific characteristics of population, consumption patterns.
