The low signal power at the receiver is prone to be affected by the quantization noise at the analog-to-digital converter. In this paper, an algorithm for optimizing the camera's analog gain has been experimentally evaluated under laboratory conditions. The image quality improvement is estimated by Pearson's correlation coefficient to a template signal, and it is shown to improve the signal-to-noise ratio up to 27.8 dB. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/77081 | ISBN: | 9781728167435 | DOI: | 10.1109/CSNDSP49049.2020.9249441 | Fuente: | 2020 12th International Symposium on Communication Systems, Networks and Digital Signal Processing, CSNDSP 2020[EISSN ], (Julio 2020) |
