| dc.description.abstract | Se presenta un método para la determinaci6n espectrofluorimétrica de clorofilas a y b en algas bentónicas marinas, utilizando como técnica de separación la Cromatografía en Capa Fina. Se establecen las correspondientes curvas de calibrado y se realiza un estudio estadístico del método.
