We report the endoluminal treatment of a para-anastomotic aneurysm with an endovascular stent-graft. A straight stent graft was inserted through the femoral artery into the abdominal aorta. The angiogram performed after the procedure showed total exclusion of the aneurysm. The patient has been asymptomatic for a 2 year follow-up period. We consider that this is a feasible technique in patients with high-risk for surgery, but more experience is required to evaluate the efficacy of the procedure.en_US
