| dc.description.abstract | En esta reseña se examinará el libro infantil La niña algodón (2015) escrito por David Sánchez e ilustrado por Raúl Aguirre (este último con diversidad funcional intelectual). En el relato La niña algodón, a través de la creación de Raquel, una niña con un corazón de algodón, estos autores españoles narran simbólicamente la diversidad funcional de la protagonista y cómo esta realidad influye en su relación con los demás niños, su familia y el entorno social. Esta obra, nos da la oportunidad de analizar el desarrollo socioemocional en la infancia y adolescencia de las personas con diversidad funcional, observando de qué manera su condición altera o dificulta la socialización de estos grupos poblacionales y mostrando cómo los cuentos infantiles y juveniles pueden ayudar a crear un imaginario colectivo social y culturalmente inclusivo. | en_US |
