La vulneración de los derechos en el fenómeno de la trata

Abstract

Al llevar a cabo un estudio sobre el fenómeno de la trata de seres humanos, la primera tarea que se plantea, pone de manifiesto cómo ésta supone una grave vulneración de la dignidad humana, que atenta directamente contra los principios reconocidos por los derechos humanos.El ideario de los derechos humanos, se presenta como el fundamento de las doctrinas axiológicas que posicionan al sujeto como epicentro de los atributos que le resultan inherentes a su propia naturaleza. En este sentido, la dignidad y los caracteres inmanentemente propios a la naturaleza del hombre, cobran todo su sentido en el fundamento de su reconocimiento.El derecho a la libertad constituye base fundamental de la esfera humana. El fenómeno de la trata de personas elimina esa base, impidiendo el desarrollo personal, crecimiento natural y necesario del individuo. La trata de seres humanos constituye un atentado directo a los derechos humanos, y por ello se proyecta sobre los Estados, obligados a erradicar esta esclavitud de nuestro siglo.

In making out a study on the phenomenon of trafficking in human beings, the first task that arises reveals how this is a serious violation of human dignity, which is directly in line with the principles recognized by human rights.The idea of human rights, is presented as the foundation of the doctrines axiological that position the subject as epicenter of the attributes that are inherent to his own nature. In this sense, the dignity and the characters inherently to the nature of man, charge all their meaning on the basis of their recognition.The right to freedom constitutes the fundamental basis of the human sphere. The phenomenon of human trafficking eliminates that base, preventing personal development, natural and necessary growth of the individual. Human trafficking constitutes a direct attack on human rights, which is why it is projected on States, forced to eradicate this slavery of our century.
