Importancia de trabajar las TIC en educación infantil a través de métodos como la webquest

Abstract

Uno de los grandes inconvenientes que tiene Internet como recurso pedagógico se deriva precisamente de la dificultad para encontrar la información deseada. Por el cúmulo de información que toman mucho tiempo y que pueden resultar frustrantes. Así como, por la dificultad para distinguir la "buena" de la "mala" información, es decir, cómo distinguir o discriminar entre la información de calidad de la de escasa credibilidad. Como alternativa a estas premisas, se encuentran las Webquests, actividades de enseñanza-aprendizaje basadas en Internet y que van a ser la base un proyecto que pretende trabajar las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación ya no sólo en Primaria y Secundaria, como se viene apostando tradicionalmente; sino desde la etapa de Educación Infantil.
