The in vitro activity of two new quinolonas, ciprofloxacin and fleroxacin, against 207 clinical isolates of enterobacteria was tested using the MIC in Mueller-Hinton. The results were compared with MIC of cephalosporins. Ciprofloxacin and fleroxacin were the most active antibiotics against these isolates with MIC90 ≤ 0.12 mg/ml.en_US
