A code has been developed for calculating opacities of hot dense plasmas. This uses the average atom model and a new relativistic screened-hydrogenic model to calculate energy levels and occupation numbers in order to obtain opacities with contributions from bound-bound, bound-free, free-free and scattering processes under LTE conditions.en_US
