The implementation of very-high-frequency online architectures are of particular interest. In this paper, we present a design methodology using the ring notation for the implementation of ultra-high-speed HEMT circuits. The characteristics and performance of basic logic primitives that are suitable for HEMT-based serial architectures and online processing elements are presented in order to illustrate our layout approach.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/10553/45091||ISBN:||0-7803-3330-6||Source:||Proceedings - IEEE Convention of Electrical & Electronics Engineers in Israel, p. 156-159|
