Response to conventional treatment is usually poor. Extreme extrinsic factors (including new pathogens) may contribute to the etiology of the infection and its pathogenesis. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/43899 | ISSN: | 1080-6040 | DOI: | 10.3201/eid1504.081457 | Source: | Emerging Infectious Diseases [ISSN 1080-6040], v. 15 (4), p. 598-600 |
