Radical cystectomy with ureterosygmoidostomy was performed. The rarity of vesical sarcoma, both in normal population or among those undergoing transplantation, as well as the greater tendency of transplanted patients to suffer malignant neoplasia, are emphasised.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/10553/43797||ISSN:||0210-4806||Source:||Actas urologicas españolas [ISSN 0210-4806], v. 21, p. 283-286|
