Fecha de publicación: | 2013 | Publicación seriada: | Communications in agricultural and applied biological sciences | Resumen: | High paralarvae mortality still limits the industrial rearing of O. vulgaris, related to the unknown nutritional requirements of early stages (Iglesias et al., 2007). Several studies suggested the importance of n-3 HUFA in this species, particularly EPA and DHA (Navarro and Villanueva, 2000). However, very little is known regarding the initial planktonic phase of O. vulgaris (Villanueva and Norman, 2008) and the natural biochemical profile of newly hatched paralarvae is also unknown. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/43523 | ISSN: | 1379-1176 | DOI: | 10.13140/2.1.4164.8644 | Fuente: | Communications in agricultural and applied biological sciences [ISSN 1379-1176],v. 78 (4), p. 119-122 |
