Issue Date: | 2017 | Journal: | Journal of Hematology and Thromboembolic Diseases | Abstract: | We are reporting the case of a 72 year old male patient with no previous relevant medical history presenting with a one week history of non-palpable purpuric rash with normal platelet count. All investigations came back negative except for vitamin C. The resolution of the clinical picture was achieved after vitamin C supplementation was added to prednisone. | URI: | https://accedacris.ulpgc.es/handle/10553/41600 | ISSN: | 2329-8790 | DOI: | 10.4172/2329-8790.1000268 | Source: | Journal of Hematology and Thromboembolic Diseases [ISSN 2329-8790], v. 5 (2), 1000268 |
