All investigations came back negative except for vitamin C. The resolution of the clinical picture was achieved after vitamin C supplementation was added to prednisone. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/41600 | ISSN: | 2329-8790 | DOI: | 10.4172/2329-8790.1000268 | Source: | Journal of Hematology and Thromboembolic Diseases [ISSN 2329-8790], v. 5 (2), 1000268 |
