| dc.description.abstract | La expansión de los edificios en la antigua Roma hizo necesario gestionar eficazmente los riesgos derivados de fenómenos naturales y accidentes como terremotos, inundaciones e incendios. En respuesta, la administración romana demostró una organización propia de una estructura institucional avanzada y una adaptación coherente a los desafíos de una ciudad en constante crecimiento. Cada uno de estos eventos catastróficos dio lugar a ambiciosas intervenciones de reconstrucción por la magnitud de los efectos, así como a la adopción de medidas legislativas y de gestión pública. | en_US |
