Abstract: Actually, complications associated to gastroduodenal ulcer are uncommon due to correct diagnosis and medical treatment for Helicobacter pylori. The main complications related to this problem are bleeding, perforation and stenosis. Sometimes, emergency treatment for them is necessary, and surgery is the only possibility.
