Abstract: The hotel chain beCordial Hotels & Resorts is one of the best examples of corporate entrepreneurship in the Spanish Hotel Sector. From its beginnings in 2004 to the present day, it has not stopped growing and offering more and better hotel and non-hotel accommodation, successfully adapting to the changes, needs and new demands of tourists. All of this is done under the committed leadership of its CEO Nicolás Villalobos, who has been a key component in the company’s growth, along with the indispensable collaboration of the whole workforce that carries the “Be Cordial” group label in their DNA.
