Éste es un aspecto que sabemos se conoce desde hace siglos y no escapó a la atención de los habitantes de las tierras donde se produce este hecho. En el presente artículo se analiza este saber, su utilidad, el papel que jugó y sus implicaciones en el Mundo antiguo. The honey is one of older foods than the human being has known. around her myths and legends have been generated and by their great amount of properties was and continues being used for numerous uses. Nevertheless, all the honeys are not eatable, on the contrary, some of them are toxic. This one is an aspect which we have been knowing is known for centuries and did not escape to the attention of the inhabitants of earth where this fact takes place. in the present paper this knowledge is analyzed, its origin, its utility, the paper that played and its implications in the Old World. |
