| dc.description.abstract | El debut de alergia a frutos secos se produce de manera muy precoz y en la mitad de la poblacion incluida antes de los 6 años. La nuez fue el fruto seco con el que debutó la mayoría de la población seguido del cacahuete. más frecuente de presentación clínica en la reacción de debut la ingestión, con afectación cutánea sistémica de intensidad moderada en la que no se suele emplear adrenalina para su control y de resolución en una a dos horas tras su inicio. | en_US |
