dc.description.abstractIn this paper, the case of JARVIS is presented, a team of students from the School of Computer Science of the National University that participated in the “Robotifest” contest of the University of Costa Rica in 2020 and obtained first place in one of its categories. The objective is to show how an extracurricular activity impacted the participants and, furthermore, to motivate more students to join national and international programming contests.en_US
