Plan de autoprotección de las fiestas de Nuestra Señora del Rosario 2018, Agüimes

Abstract

El objeto de este TFG es la redacción y descripción del “Plan de Autoprotección de las Fiestas de Nuestra Señora del Rosario 2018, Agüimes”. Un PAU tiene como objeto establecer medidas y técnicas que se encargan de minimizar y evitar posibles situaciones de riesgos o de emergencias que puedan afectar a las personas y a los bienes materiales que se ubiquen en zonas, instalaciones, establecimientos y entorno, dando una respuesta rápida y eficaz ante estas situaciones, garantizando una actuación adecuada con la ayuda del sistema de protección civil. Este documento comenzará redactando el contenido del capítulo 0, es decir, los aspectos estrictamente académicos, donde se describirán la introducción, los objetivos, los antecedentes, los materiales, los métodos, etc. Tras esto se redactará el PAU según las exigencias legales de la normativa en vigor RD 393/2007 de 23 de marzo, modificada por el RD 1468/2008 del 5 de septiembre por el que se aprueba la Normativa Básica de Autoprotección de los centros, establecimientos y dependencias dedicadas a actividades que den origen a situaciones de peligro. Asimismo, siguiendo los RD anteriores, se redactará diez capítulos que contienen la descripción y características de la zona de la fiesta, los riesgos, el plan de seguridad ante futuros eventos, los materiales y los métodos utilizados para garantizar la seguridad del público y el resto de los aspectos de obligado cumplimiento según la normativa vigente. En cuanto al importante capítulo 10, contendrá los anexos (Anexo 0. Propuesta TFG; Anexo I. Directorio de comunicación; Anexo II. Formularios para la gestión de emergencias; Anexo III. Procedimientos y protocolos de actuación; Anexo IV. Planimetría; Anexo V: Tríptico).

The purpose of this TFG is the writing and description of the "Self-protection Plan for the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary 2018, Agüimes".A PAU aims to establish measures and techniques that are responsible for minimizing and avoiding possible situations of risks or emergencies that may affect people and material goods that are located in areas, facilities, facilities and surroundings, giving a rapid response and effective in these situations, ensuring adequate action with the help of the civil protection system. This document will start by writing the contents of chapter 0, that is, the strictly academic aspects, where the introduction, the objectives, the background, the materials, the methods, etc. will be described. After this the PAU will be drafted according to the legal requirements of the current regulation RD 393/2007 of March 23, modified by RD 1468/2008 of September 5, which approves the Basic Regulation of Self-protection of centers, establishments and dependencies dedicated to activities that give rise to situations of danger. Also following the previous RD, ten chapters will be written containing the description and characteristics of the area of the party, the risks, the security plan for future events, the materials and methods used to ensure the safety of the public and the rest of aspects of mandatory compliance according to current regulations. Regarding the important chapter 10, it will contain the annexes (Annex 0. TFG proposal, Annex I. Communication directory, Annex II, Emergency management forms, Annex III, Procedures and action protocols, Annex IV, Planimetry, Annex V: Triptych).
