Trabajo social en el ámbito judicial : Peritaje Social y Forense

Abstract

El Trabajo Social es una de las muchas ciencias que constituyen la Administración de la Justicia, aportando a los jueces y profesionales adscritos a esta institución, los conocimientos metodológicos, técnicos, científicos, instrumentales y sociales en procedimientos judiciales. En este trabajo fin de grado se profundiza sobre el papel del trabajador social como perito judicial y se estudia la aportación que estos realizan al Trabajo Social.

Social Work is one of the many sciences which constitute the Administration of Justice. It provides the judges and affiliated professionals with methodological, technical, scientific, instrumental and social knowledge in judicial proceedings. This dissertation delves into the social worker role as a judicial expert and examines their contribution to the Social Work.
