This is an area with limited sediment supply and subjected to the action of a quasi-unidirectional wind regime. The governing conditions induce a long-term migration of the dune field in the direction of the wind with an expected long-term change in the landscape due to a change in the sediment supply to the dunefield through the upwind end due to natural and human-induced factors. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/51567 | ISBN: | 9780784409268 0784409269 |
