The genetic variation, measured as polymorphism, number mean alleles per locus and heterozygosity, was higher for Phoenix canariensis populations. Three loci (SOD-2, EST-2 and PGM- 1) were exclusive of the canarian palm populations, indicating that they can be used as diagnostic loci to differentiate both species | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/77374 | ISSN: | 0870-3876 | Source: | Boletim do Museu Municipal do Funchal [ISSN 0870-3876], Sup. 5 (443) p. 1-6 |
