Abstract: Objective and Importance: To present a rare case of intracranial intradural osteoma associated with an arteriovenous cerebral malformation.Clinical Presentation: A 35-year-old man patient presented clinically with stroke. Computed tomographic (CT) scan revealed a large left temporal hematoma and a hyperdense bone lesion on the inner surface of the left temporal bone. Carotid angiography confirmed the presence of an arteriovenous malformation with feeders from the left middle cerebral artery.Intervention: The bone lesion, an osteoma, was totally resected along with the attached dura following which complete surgical excision of the arteriovenous malformation was accomplished. Conclusion: Intracranial intradural osteoma, to our knowledge, has only been described once before, and this is the first time it has been described in associated with a cerebral arteriovenous malformation.
