Nurse planning in the insertion of Wallstens Endourethral Prosthesis

Abstract

The endourethral prosthesis has been conceived as a solution to the serious problems of obstruction of the urinary flow that provokes urethral stenosis. The process was realized without general or local anesthesia. We exposed the phases of the nursing process for the intervention in this surgical ambulatory technique, that permits to carry out an integral attention of the patient and his family, giving place with it to a direct implication in the process.
