Abstract: We can say that Latin America has not remained indifferent to the growing needs of society, proving once again its ability to adapt to new legal realities. Among other things, this approach is reflected in the configuration of the Ombudsman in the legal systems of the region and according to it, is to ascertain to what extent there are several similarities between the Spanish Ombudsman and other state institutions similar in Latin America.
