Abstract: A concurrent algorithm written in OCCAM is converted by hand for implementation in VLSI with multiple CPUs on one chip, and with analog output. This short note describes the algorithm and the architecture of the VLSI design. It also includes comments on compiling OCCAM into VLSI. The emphasis will be on the microarchitecture of the original algorithm, the conversion of the original OCCAM program into VLSI, the testing of the design using IDaSS and the overall VLSI design.
