The adaptation to the European Space for Higher Education considers teamwork as a skill to be acquired by university students. Generally, in the past the assessment processes of activities were aimed at evaluating the final result required by the teaching project. Reasons contributing to this have been the lack of recognition for other elements now considered valid, such as the learning processes and on the other hand the lack of tools which enable gathering information to set a minimally objective criteria to evaluate the process. In the working world and in the academic field a validated tool allows teams to organise their work and to report on tasks and commitments, the Meeting Minutes. This administrative document, of simple format, establishes a basic structure and an organised way of presenting relevant information to those who attend the meeting. This paper proposes considering the Meeting Minutes as a suitable and useful tool both for the self-assessment process of students and for gathering information required for the continuous assessment carried out by professors.en_US
