Issue Date: | 2014 | Abstract: | The increasing demand for consumption of Bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) (BFT) has produced that the stocks of this species are in overexploitation. Consequently, there have been scientific advances in order to meet its extremely high demand, mainly Japanese.
