Title: | Successful stent ablation with rotational atherectomy | Authors: | Medina, Alfonso De Lezo, José Suárez Melián, Francisco Hernández, Enrique Pan, Manuel Romero, Miguel |
UNESCO Clasification: | 320501 Cardiología | Issue Date: | 2003 | Journal: | Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions | Abstract: | We describe the findings from two patients with coronary artery disease treated with stents who had unexpandable rings after deployment. These covered rings were successfully ablated with rotational atherectomy. The treated segment was then scaffolded with a new stent. Our observations confirm the efficacy of rotational atherectomy for stent ablation. | URI: | https://accedacris.ulpgc.es/handle/10553/74156 | ISSN: | 1522-1946 | DOI: | 10.1002/ccd.10704 | Source: | Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions [ISSN 1522-1946], v. 60 (4), p. 501-504, (Diciembre 2003) |
