The design has been focused on the matching network, the voltage multiplier, the ASK demodulator, the load modulator and the temperature sensor. The numerical results have been obtained using 0.35 mu m technology from XFAB (XL035) and operating at the 868MHz ISM Europe band. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/73988 | ISBN: | 1-4244-1012-6 | ISSN: | 2374-0221 | DOI: | 10.1109/RFID.2007.346162 | Source: | 2007 IEEE International Conference on RFID / Emily Sopensky (Ed.), p. 141-148, (Enero 2007) |
