Psicología de la actividad física y del deporte

Abstract

Ante la recién estrenada especialidad de Educación Física en los planes de estudio de Magisterio, los autores se plantean realizar algunas consideraciones psicológicas sobre los objetivos y contenidos de la Actividad Física en esta especialidad. En primer lugar, analizan la incidencia que puede tener la Actividad Física sobre distintos aspectos del desarrollo del individuo, para lo cual el Profesor de Educación Física ha de poseer conocimientos científicos de psicomotricidad, aprendizaje motor y, sobre todo, de los aspectos evolutivos del alumno tanto fisiológicos como psicológicos. Luego, analizan las bases psicológicas y los procesos individuales y sociales del aprendizaje deportivo, para finalizar con unas consideraciones sobre los aspectos que el Profesor de Educación Física va a encontrar día a día en clase.

With the recently incorporated course of Physical Education into the Teacher Training College Curriculum, the authors would like to make some remarks about the objectives and contents of physical activities in this speciality. In the first place, they analize the influence that physical activities can have on a number of aspects related to the development of the individual, for which the Physical Education teacher should have scientific knowledge of both psychomotor skills and developmental aspects-physiological and psychological of the pupil. Next, they analize the psychological bases and the individual and social processes of sport learning, finishing with some considerations about the kind of situations that the Physical Education teacher will come across daily in class.
