An empirical research study was carried out by surveying 211 academics belonging to research groups in a Spanish university, using simultaneous equation models. The results provide evidence that both leadership styles have a positive and significant direct influence on knowledge sharing, as well as an indirect effect by reducing the negative influence of task and relationship conflict. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/70002 | ISSN: | 1566-7170 | DOI: | 10.1007/s11115-019-00451-7 | Source: | Public Organization Review[ISSN 1566-7170], n. 20 (1), p. 421–436 |
