It has been implemented in the TSMC 90nm CMOS process. The different blocks of the front-end have been implemented in order to allow a straightforward interface with a low power microcontroller. The front-end includes the following main features: 1.2V regulated output voltage, frequency-shift keying (FSK) modulation, amplitude-shift keying (ASK) demodulation, discharge and reset. The tag current consumption during both transmission and reception is kept below 5 μA. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/69878 | ISBN: | 978-1-7281-0171-2 | ISSN: | 2471-6170 | DOI: | 10.1109/DCIS.2018.8681486 | Fuente: | Proceedings - 33rd Conference on Design of Circuits and Integrated Systems, DCIS 2018, November 14-16, p. 1-6 |
