Resources and Methodology Total hip or knee replacement operated patients at the University teaching Hospital Insular of Gran Canaria where Follows by trained employees during two periods of explanation: Period A:Twenty four Months Period B: Twelve month. Between the two periods a modification of surgical prophylaxis was carried out.
