| dc.description.abstract | Subtidal populations of Cystoseira abies-marina (Gmelin) C. Agardh are the most representative benthic community ofthe rocky substrates of the Canarian archipelago. Between 1989 and 1992 a study of these communities was carried out in different localities of the archipelago. This contribution present the data obtained from one locality in Tenerife island, where this community has experimented an atypical regression, with a progresive decrease in biomass and vegetation cover. | en_US |
