Abstract: The clinical, morphologic, and immunohistochemical features of an ovarian teratoma are presented in this report. The tumor had benign clinical behavior. The immunohistochemical characterization of intermediate filaments present in the cells of the neoplasm confirmed the diagnosis of a mature ovarian teratoma.
